For our neighborhood
Free chipping days for our street group
Con Fire’s Measure X Community Chipping Days are available to Firewise communities or neighborhoods with at least 10 participating homes. We can apply through Con Fire’s Wildfire Mitigation Program application form.
Firewise recognition can lower insurance costs
Under California’s Safer from Wildfires rules, insurers must offer discounts for qualifying mitigation, and living in a recognized Firewise USA community is one of the qualifying actions.
